and air-conditioner simulation: Computer programs for estimating system
performance (capacity, power, refrigerant temp. and
press.) at various indoor/outdoor conditions and
system parameters.

Compressor
Reliability: Responsible for the maintenance and
reporting of our Compressor Warranty and Laboratory
Cutapart data, including forecasting/analysis of the
expected compressor failures under warranty using this
data.

System and Component Reliability.
Responsible for reports and graphs showing total quality costs and costs as a
percent of net sales billed, by product family and manufacturing plant. Also
responsible for component failure rates by unit production volume at various
levels of detail. Have developed
several statistical routines for confidence intervals, hypotheses testing, and
failure rate analysis.

plant on the Intranet.

Developing/Maintaining Reliability
Application Routines and Tables on Oracle NT and Unix Data Warehouse.
Includes service call forecasting and Top N parts reports.

computers using our new data warehouse (sales,
warranty, production volume, laboratory data) and
Microsoft software such as Access and Excel, and SAS
and Visual Basic software.
