Cost Estimate
I have answered simple requests for free. However, I would prefer to work for pay. Currently, I have no projects that I am working on. If you have any requests for work to be done and are concerned that my charges might be too high, let me know what you would like to pay for the work. To get my business going, I am willing to work for much less than I would normally charge.
For any projects involving Microsoft Access, Excel,or FrontPage, Statistical Analysis, or programming in general, please write, feedback, telephone, fax or Email myself at the addresses given below. I will provide you with a quick response including recommendations, cost estimate (or fixed price quote) and project timing. The projects may be simple or complex.
The fixed quotes I give for any projects are all you will pay. My quotes are based on $60 per hour, but I am optimistic and do not charge for extra unplanned time that may occur during the project or for extra time involved in researching new and better ways for accomplishing a task.
Simple Projects.Some projects may be simple, such as modifying or converting an existing database to a newer version. Other examples include using macros to automate a spreadsheet, or mail merge table developed to streamline your correspondence. I will simply provide a fixed price for doing the project and payment can be made at the completion of the project. For very small projects involving less than 1 hour, but some programming time, I charge a minimum of $30. For email or telephone responses, if I can give you an authoritative reply, I would like to receive a minimum of $10. Large Projects.Some situations require a complete, custom designed program. If this is the case for your company, we can develop a system that is tailored specifically for your needs. We take advantage of the very powerful tools in Microsoft Office to keep our prices to a minimum. Please contact me by phone, fax, or email.
